About this dataset
The population of every region, province, city and municipality of the Philippines at every census of the Philippine Statistics Authority and its predecessors since 1960, each counted on its census day, with the annual growth rate between one census and the next: 2010 to 2024 from the PSA's OpenSTAT table, 2000 to 2015 on today's borders from the 2020 census's tables, and 1960 to 2007 as each place was then from the 2015 census's tables. Scene checks every growth rate it shows against the rate the PSA publishes for the same counts.
How the figures were made: Censuses, each a count of every person in the country on one day.
What Scene adds: Nothing. The figures are the source's, as it publishes them.
What it holds
