About this dataset

The legislative districts of the House of Representatives as they stood for the elections of 12 May 2025: every province's and city's districts, and the district each city, municipality and barangay votes in, from the laws that made them (the Ordinance appended to the 1987 Constitution and the Republic Acts that created or redrew districts since), checked against the Commission on Elections' own count of seats (Resolution No. 11050) and its record of the House contest every town voted in that day.

How the figures were made: The laws that apportion the House of Representatives, checked by Scene against COMELEC's canvass of 2025.

What Scene adds: Each law's places matched to their PSGC codes, and checked against the contest each town voted in.
