About this dataset
The named public places of every barangay, city, municipality and province of the Philippines, as OpenStreetMap's contributors map them in Geofabrik's extract of 30 September 2026: schools, hospitals and health centres, places of worship, government offices, markets, stations and terminals, parks, beaches, and monuments and memorials. Each is given to the barangay that holds it, counted by kind on every page, and listed on the barangay's page; a town's page lists what a visitor looks for, a province's its stations, parks, beaches and monuments. The list is only as complete as the map.
How the figures were made: Mapped by OpenStreetMap's contributors; each place given to its barangay by Scene, from its point on the map and its address.
What Scene adds: Each place given to the barangay it stands in, and counted and listed by kind for every barangay, town and province.
What it holds
